Designer Ashley Conchieri first approached me about photographing her pieces back in November and after 4 months we were finally able to get everything together for the shoot!
She is a fibers major at MassArt and had recently ventured from just making fabric to creating garments.
I took one look at the images she sent along with her email and was speechless. She weaves, felts, and dyes all of the fabric she uses and with it creates clothing with richness and life the likes of which I have yet to see.
